| 01 Dec. 2001 Lucas is going to be insufferable. A photo of him climbing the snowy steps in my parents' garden is going into next year's company calendar (his is "Miss December"). To make matters worse, I've just been presented with a framed enlargement of the photo. I have to get it out of here somehow. I simply can't cope with him preening in front of it all year. On to other matters: Finally finished tidying up all the odds and ends on Da Lair (note - it was supposed to work with a style sheet, but had been up for about a month before I noticed that wasn't working. Never proof your own work....) |
| Summer 2000 Bit of a surprise, it appears that an article from the BBC site on Big Brother also raided their links page. Consequently The Bear in the Big Brother House has also been receiving hits from Auntie Beeb. There is a certain elegant irony in all this. But I'll admit to being mildly chuffed. |
| The Bear in the Big Brother House has been recognised by the official Big Brother site (the busiest web site in the UK this summer) with the result that traffic to that page went into the stratosphere (note that this information is no thanks to Force 9, the ISP for Ursanity who have managed to stuff up the traffic files for the last few weeks - I actually set up the Bravenet counter while I was on hold trying to complain about this. Respect to Bravenet!!). |
